1. Elgibility: Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States to legal residents. Entrants must join the ABC CLUB and have a personal e-mail address. (E-mail communications will be limited to ABC CLUB communications and award notification. Employees and directors of ABC Ventures and America's Black Colleges Fund, Inc. are not elgible.

2. Promotional Period: Sweepstakes drawings will be semi-annually in June and December and continue throughout the life of the program.

3.Drawing : Winning entries will be drawn by an independent CPA firm and award winners will be notified by e-mail.

4. Prizes : Sweepstakes awards will consist of a combination of tuition and college expense payments, college textbook credits , and a variety of prizes from the America's Black Collegians corporate affiliates including travel, communications, and retail products. The number of awards will vary and depend on the level of scholarship support.

5. General Conditions: Prizes cannot be assiged, transferred or substituted by a winner. Winners must complete and return an Affidavit of Elgibilty, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within 14 days of notification. Failure to return documents timely, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification with an alternate winner selected.
